Useful context. Not a shortcut.
Reviewed October 2026. Light jets: ~$4,500–$6,500/hr; midsize / super-midsize: ~$6,500–$9,500/hr; heavy / long-range: ~$10,500–$15,500+/hr. South Florida & Bahamas day charters: ~$6,500–$12,000/day; weekly crewed catamarans & motor yachts: ~$30,000–$150,000+/week. These ALINARI planning selections are not live offers or identical source tariffs.
Bahamas yacht charters are subject to 10% Bahamas VAT and applicable Bahamas Port Department charter fees (confirmed per vessel in the written charter agreement). For multi-night plus-expenses charters, plan for 25%–35% APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance), subject to vessel terms; some require more. Applicable Florida sales/charter tax applies to Florida coastal charters.
What is calculated?
Great-circle distance between selected airport points, plus your chosen billable hours multiplied by an ALINARI indicative market hourly range. Displayed air totals are rounded outwards to the nearest $100. Changing the route changes distance—not the hours you entered.
What is not included?
Base hourly planning bands exclude positioning legs, 7.5% U.S. Federal Excise Tax (FET) on taxable domestic flights, federal segment fees, FBO/handling charges and international fees. Billable minimums and other trip-specific expenses may also apply. Yacht and ground-transfer costs are not included. A complete written quote is still required.
What needs a human review?
Airport access, weather, aircraft payload and configuration, fuel stops, entry requirements, crew duty limits, real flight time and operating feasibility. This guide is not a navigation or dispatch tool.
