& Charter Brokerage Disclosures.

Your charter brief may contain your name, email address, optional phone number, travel dates, route, guest numbers, budget preferences and notes. We use this information to review your request, communicate with you and develop a charter proposal.

Do not send passports, card details or sensitive personal documents through the initial form. Describe essential access requirements without unnecessary medical information.

Submitting the form sends your brief to ALINARI’s server, which stores it in Cloudflare KV for the Private Charter Desk. An accepted request receives a reference. The server then attempts to notify charter@alinariairandsea.com through Cloudflare Email. If a server-side notification webhook is configured, it may also receive the brief for follow-up.

Your receipt distinguishes the accepted brief from notification delivery and provides a direct email link. Opening that link uses your email application; you choose whether to send it. Email correspondence is handled by the email services involved in delivery.

Records remain stored until deleted; the application does not apply an automatic deletion period to charter briefs. For access, correction or deletion requests, email charter@alinariairandsea.com.

Your receipt includes a limited-access link to a summary of your submitted route, dates and guest requirements. It excludes your contact name, email, phone number and freeform notes. The receipt link expires after 30 days.

The Charter Desk may also create a comparison or itinerary snapshot for your journey. Anyone with a complete link can view the selected snapshot until it expires or is revoked. Internal notes and original contact details are excluded; a journey contact is shared only when deliberately included by the desk.

A link contains an access secret, so keep it private. Expiry removes access; it does not promise immediate deletion of the underlying stored record. A comparison preference is recorded for follow-up and does not reserve a charter or authorize payment.

The planning guide calculates in your browser from public reference data and the scenario you enter. Moving a scenario into the charter form lets you review it before submission. A calculated budget is not a provider quote.

Copying or downloading your brief creates a copy under your control. Clear this site’s browser storage to remove any locally retained data from earlier visits, especially on a shared device.

Essential security checks protect form submissions. Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical connection information. The Charter Desk’s management area requires an authorized access credential. Private API responses are marked not to be cached.

ALINARI Air & Sea arranges private aviation and yacht charters as an air charter broker and charter intermediary. ALINARI Air & Sea is not a direct air carrier or vessel operator and does not own or operate aircraft or yachts; all flights are operated by properly licensed U.S. or foreign direct air carriers (FAA Part 135 or equivalent) that exercise full operational control, and all yacht charters are conducted under standard maritime charter agreements (such as MYBA or IYC terms) with independent vessel owners and captains.

Before contract, your proposal identifies the operating provider, ALINARI’s role, the aircraft or vessel, and the price structure. The written agreement sets the payment schedule, inclusions, change and cancellation terms. A charter brief or planning estimate does not reserve an aircraft or yacht.

For air charters, the pre-contract disclosures include the operating carrier’s identity, the capacity in which ALINARI acts, and the existence or absence and limits of broker liability insurance.
