A CLEAR NEXT STEP
Include your preferred dates, departure point, destination, guest numbers and priorities. For a yacht, tell us whether you have a day aboard or several nights in mind. For a connected journey, include the flight and boarding windows.
The form returns a reference and a private brief link when your request is received. You can also open a pre-populated email to the Private Charter Desk from your receipt.
Keep passports, payment details and sensitive documents out of an initial brief. Read our privacy and charter terms for how your information is handled.
YOUR QUESTIONS
Every charter brief is reviewed personally by the Private Charter Desk at charter@alinariairandsea.com, with initial aircraft and vessel alignment returned within one business day.
The form starts your charter brief. Your aircraft or yacht is reserved through a specific proposal, written agreement and the relevant operator’s confirmation; the website does not collect charter payments.
Email charter@alinariairandsea.com with your departure date and route in the subject. The one-business-day initial review is not a promise of immediate departure or a 24-hour emergency service.
IDENTITY, TRANSPARENCY & VETTING
01 · A NAMED PRINCIPAL
Ross Alinari — Founder & Principal — is based in Naples, Florida. The Private Charter Desk brings flights, transfers and yacht requirements into one brief across Naples, Miami, Palm Beach, the Florida Keys and the Bahamas.
02 · A CLEAR PROPOSAL
Before contract, the proposal identifies the aircraft operator or vessel owner, the tail or hull and its specifications, and the all-in cost structure: included charges, allowances and separately payable expenses.
03 · DOCUMENTED REVIEW
For each proposed aircraft tail, we request the carrier’s FAA Part 135 or equivalent authority and relevant ARGUS or WYVERN safety verification, together with the operator’s IS-BAO status where applicable. The carrier retains operational control. For yachts, we request vessel, captain, guest-capacity and insurance documentation and review the maritime agreement, such as MYBA or IYC terms.
These are proposal review requirements, not claims that ALINARI holds an operator certificate, association membership or safety rating. Reference frameworks: FAA Safe Air Charter, ARGUS, WYVERN PASS, IBAC IS-BAO, MYBA and IYC charter guidance.
OUR ROLE & CHARTER TERMS
ALINARI Air & Sea arranges private aviation and yacht charters as an air charter broker and charter intermediary. ALINARI Air & Sea is not a direct air carrier or vessel operator and does not own or operate aircraft or yachts; all flights are operated by properly licensed U.S. or foreign direct air carriers (FAA Part 135 or equivalent) that exercise full operational control, and all yacht charters are conducted under standard maritime charter agreements (such as MYBA or IYC terms) with independent vessel owners and captains.
Before contract, your proposal identifies the operating provider, ALINARI’s role, the aircraft or vessel, and the price structure. The written agreement sets the payment schedule, inclusions, change and cancellation terms. A charter brief or planning estimate does not reserve an aircraft or yacht.
For air charters, the pre-contract disclosures include the operating carrier’s identity, the capacity in which ALINARI acts, and the existence or absence and limits of broker liability insurance. Any business relationships and applicable costs are addressed with the proposal. U.S. DOT charter broker guidance.
