THE PERSON BEHIND THE JOURNEY

Ross Alinari
Founder & Principal

Ross Alinari founded and leads ALINARI Air & Sea from Naples, Florida. His principal-led charter advisory model starts with the people traveling: their dates, route, luggage, cabin preferences and the time they want to spend aboard.

The Private Charter Desk brings South Florida, Bahamas and Caribbean air-to-sea planning into a single conversation with Ross. A Naples departure, an arrival in Nassau and a yacht boarding window are considered together, while each operating provider remains responsible for its own service.

Ross personally reviews charter briefs sent to charter@alinariairandsea.com, with an initial response within one business day. The contact page is the place to send your route, dates and priorities.

FROM A PREFERENCE TO A PRACTICAL SCHEDULE

Review the connection before committing to it.

01 · THE AIRCRAFT MISSION

A proposal tied to an actual flight.

Ross takes the route, passenger and baggage brief to the proposed FAA Part 135 or equivalent operator for assessment. The review requests the named tail, configuration, operating authority and relevant ARGUS or WYVERN verification, plus IS-BAO status where applicable. The carrier determines performance, flight planning and operational suitability.

02 · THE VESSEL ARRANGEMENT

Review the yacht and its agreement together.

For a yacht proposal, the Private Charter Desk coordinates with the owner or yacht central agent on vessel and captain documentation, guest limits, insurance and embarkation arrangements. MYBA, IYC or equivalent terms provide the agreement context; the actual proposal defines the crew arrangement, inclusions and separately payable expenses.

03 · THE TIME BETWEEN

Make the transfer part of the brief.

The arrival airport, entry formalities, baggage handover, ground transfer and yacht boarding window are reviewed together. Ross asks the flight provider and yacht representative to assess their parts of the schedule, with time for the practical connection and an alternative when conditions change.

This is a documentary proposal review, not an ALINARI operator certificate, association membership or safety rating. Reference frameworks: FAA Safe Air Charter, ARGUS, WYVERN PASS, IBAC IS-BAO, MYBA and IYC charter guidance.

EXPLORATION, THEN EXECUTION

Give each decision its own stage.

Exploratory planning helps establish the aircraft category, vessel style, route and budget questions before a specific provider proposal is ready. The Planning & Pricing Guide supports that conversation with distances and indicative bands; it does not establish availability or the final charter cost.

Contract execution follows a separate review of the named provider, equipment, operating arrangements, price, taxes, payment schedule and change or cancellation terms. Keeping those stages distinct lets Ross refine an idea without presenting an unconfirmed aircraft, yacht or connection as reserved.

Compare the private aviation guide, crewed yacht charter guide and air-to-sea route concepts before bringing your priorities to the Charter Desk.

THE BROKERAGE ROLE

A named principal and independent operating providers.

ALINARI Air & Sea arranges private aviation and yacht charters as an air charter broker and charter intermediary. ALINARI Air & Sea is not a direct air carrier or vessel operator and does not own or operate aircraft or yachts; all flights are operated by properly licensed U.S. or foreign direct air carriers (FAA Part 135 or equivalent) that exercise full operational control, and all yacht charters are conducted under standard maritime charter agreements (such as MYBA or IYC terms) with independent vessel owners and captains.

Ross coordinates the planning and proposal review as principal of the brokerage. The operating carrier, vessel owner and captain retain the responsibilities set out in their agreements; submitting a brief does not transfer those responsibilities to ALINARI or reserve an aircraft or yacht.

For air charter, the proposal addresses the operating carrier's identity, ALINARI's capacity, broker liability insurance disclosure, relevant business relationships and applicable costs before contract. See the U.S. DOT charter broker guidance and our privacy notice and charter disclosures.
